Graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from International Islamic University of Malaysia in 2016. He further extends his study in Bachelor of Laws (Shariah) and had completed the course in 2017 at International Islamic University of Malaysia. Upon admission to the Malaysian Bar, he began his practice at Messrs. Khalid Iqbal & Associates as Legal Associate soon after.
In 2019, he was entrusted to lead the firm’s Litigation Department portfolios representing various GLCs, Statutory Bodies and Private Corporation such as Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor, Majlis Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan, Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia, Sime Darby Plantation Berhad, As-Salihin Trustee Berhad and others.
In 2021, he incorporated Messrs Syed Hisham Law Chambers with a sole-proprietorship style and has conducted various civil litigation matters involving debt recovery, probate proceeding, construction arbitration, and Syariah matters particularly on Islamic Family Law and Islamic Law on Inheritance, and others. To date, he is a qualified and licensed Syarie Counsel in the Federal Territories, State of Perak, State of Malacca and Negeri Sembilan.
